Harry’s practice encompasses a wide variety of real estate and environmental matters. He routinely conducts due diligence investigations for leasehold and fee title acquisitions, counsels clients in connection with contract and lease compliance issues related to land use, zoning and other governmental permits and approvals and advises on the environmental aspects of the purchase and disposition of real property and businesses.

Harry also represents clients in environmental litigation matters arising under federal and state environmental laws such as the Comprehensive Environmental Response,Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act and other related common law claims. He often works alongside environmental consultants to oversee the preparation of remedial investigations and remedial action work plans and assists clients with environmental compliance and permitting issues before state agencies.
