Howell maintains a broad practice that includes litigation and transactional matters. He is regularly engaged in all aspects of entity formation and breakups and handles a range of business needs and contract requirements for his clients. In his litigation practice, he represents clients in business disputes, trusts and estates matters and other commercial litigation ancillary to real estate issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Howell was previously of counsel at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
After law school, he served as a clerk and judicial assistant to the Honorable Robert H. Jordan of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Howell also served in the U.S. Army.
