Fox Adds Patent Pro Bradley Gould in New York

March 24, 2020 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome E. Bradley Gould in New York City as a partner in the Intellectual Property Department.

“Brad is an excellent addition to our team. He brings more than two decades of experience advising businesses and inventors on patent issues and overall IP strategy,” said Janet M. MacLeod, Ph.D., Fox’s New York office managing partner. “We are excited to welcome him to the firm.”

From virtual reality to aerospace to medical devices, Gould guides clients to secure new patents, manage their existing IP portfolio and monetize their assets. He also assists clients in navigating the minefield of their competitors’ patents, both offensively and defensively.

With an engineering degree from MIT and decades of legal experience, Gould partners with his clients to understand their business interests and goals and to formulate and execute a solid legal plan to achieve them.

Gould has done pro bono work for a trauma institute, an international charitable organization and a fledgling entrepreneur starting a clothing business. He has also provided pro bono assistance to a coalition of historically black universities regarding IP policy issues, and has volunteered his time to organize and assist with personal safety and protection classes, including programs for women in Bedford Hills, New York.

Raised in Argentina and natively fluent in Spanish, Gould earned his J.D. from George Washington University and his S.B. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
