For the second consecutive year, Fox Rothschild’s Intellectual Property Department has been featured in the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Patent 1000.
The prestigious guide identifies and profiles leading private practice patent professionals and firms around the world.
Fox’s Intellectual Property Department, which includes more than 120 professionals nationwide, was praised for its “savvy licensing work and astute patent acquisition.” The team was also noted for working with “Xerox to protect and exploit their technologies.”
James M. Singer (Pittsburgh), chair of Fox’s IP Department, was highlighted in the guide and noted by clients as a “tremendous, well-rounded attorney” who is “great to work with” and is “superb in technology transfers as well as prosecution.”
Also featured in the guide were Fox partners D. William Kaufman (Minneapolis) and Deborah A. Somerville (New York).
