    • Preparation of export license applications for submission by client to the appropriate federal agency, i.e., DDTC, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and OFAC
    • ITAR, EAR, OFAC or other federal agency audits
    • Preparation of voluntary disclosure submissions to DDTC, BIS and OFAC
    • Preparation of mandatory disclosure submissions to DDTC for ITAR violations concerning exports and deemed exports to specific prohibited countries or nationals
