Jane focuses her practice on business immigration and non-immigration matters, including Program Electronic Review Management (PERM), EB2, EB3, H-1B, E-3, TN and EB-5 among others. She frequently counsels human resource personnel and foreign national employees on federal immigration law for business immigration to the United States, assessing the eligibility of corporate foreign employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status. Additionally, she helps employers at every stage of the I-9 compliance process.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Jane was an attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm focusing on immigration and nationality law. She also previously worked as an attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm, handling various family law and immigration matters.
While in law school, Jane was a student attorney for the Seton Hall Center Social Justice Immigration Clinic. She also worked as a summer associate at an East Coast law firm and a judicial intern for the Honorable Esther Salas in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to attending law school, Jane worked as a part-time legal assistant for a New Jersey law firm while obtaining her M.A. in Legal Studies from Montclair State University.
