Fox Rothschild’s Pittsburgh Office Expands With Immigration Attorney

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Harley has joined the firm as a partner in the Immigration Practice.

Marinstein, Fox’s Pittsburgh office managing partner. “Immigration remains a contentious and rapidly changing area of the law, and we are thrilled to add an experienced immigration attorney to our well established team of immigration lawyers, who can lend his broad experience to the benefit of clients in Western Pennsylvania.”

With more than a decade in practice, Schneck represents individuals and businesses in all facets of immigration law, including family, employment, asylum and deportation matters. She has a comprehensive and empathetic understanding of the complexities of the immigration system that she brings to bear for her clients, having personally managed the naturalization process of her spouse.

Harley  has more than a decade of experience representing clients in immigration matters on both the employment and family law spectrums. He handles citizenship, asylum and deportation issues as well as I-9 audit and specialty occupation work. A former constituent service representative for a member of Congress, he has an in-depth understanding of how to manage complex immigration problems.

Heavily involved in community issues, Harley has trained pro bono lawyers to represent foreign nationals, volunteered to provide pro bono advice as part of the City of Pittsburgh’s Citizenship Day efforts and served as a judge for high school mock trial competitions. He is also an adviser to the board of Lan Vwa, a nonprofit organization providing students in Haiti and Guatemala access to free education via cyber classrooms.

Harley serves as the Local United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Liaison and is the former chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Pittsburgh chapter. He is also a former member of the organization’s board of governors.

Harley earned his J.D. from University of Akron School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Geneva College.
