At the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Jay was an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jay provides pro bono work for the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Fee Disputes Committee and Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP) and is a member of CBAP’s Board of Directors Executive Committee. He was appointed as a member and Chair of the Hearing Committee 1.01 of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, where he served two 3-year terms. Jay served as Solicitor for the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board for 27 years, and also served as a member, chair and vice-chair of the Montgomery County Redevelopment Authority for 41 years.
