The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled that the Canadian TV show “Mr. Young” did not infringe on a writer’s copyrighted script.

Administrative Law Judge Dee Lord granted the motion to dismiss, finding the similarities between the show and the copyrighted script were not substantial enough to justify infringement allegations.

Thunderbird Films and Mindset Television Inc., the producers of the show, are represented by Jody Simon and Jeffrey S. Kravitz.
