Biography

Jill represents businesses in a broad range of labor and employment disputes in state and federal court. She focuses her practice on defending employers against large multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits and litigation resulting from systemic investigations conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Jill has experience defending claims involving:

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Jill was an associate in the Missouri offices of two national labor and employment law firms.

Jill served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Lisa W. Hardwick of the Missouri Court of Appeals. In law school, she was Executive Note and Comment Editor for the Kansas Law Review and a quarterfinalist at the American College of Trial Lawyers National Moot Court Competition.
