John is a seasoned litigator who focuses on complex business and commercial litigation including, antitrust, construction, copyright and trademark.

Resident in the firm’s Exton office, John also maintains an office in the heart of Reading, Pa., to serve clients with litigation in the Berks County state and federal courts.

John concentrates a significant part of his practice in school law, municipal law, government affairs and advising local governments and school districts on legal and financial issues. He represents entities in contract negotiations and advises them on litigation avoidance and insurance coverage issues. Additionally, he has worked with school districts and municipalities on various construction projects including classroom buildings, turf fields and administrative facilities.

In his business litigation practice, John advises on corporate governance and represents clients in shareholder disputes and matters involving closely held corporations.

In his commercial law practice, John handles a wide range of litigation, including employment discrimination, labor disputes and commercial leases.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, John was a shareholder with Stevens & Lee. While in law school, John was a student editor to the Honorable Dale F. Shughart, Pennsylvania Civil Practice, and served as an intern clerk to the Honorable John E. Lavelle of the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas.
