- John A. Wait (Litigation – New York, NY)
Borzelli has practiced in the area of employee benefits and the tax and labor and employment law aspects of employee benefits for more than 20 years. She also has significant experience in the area of state and federal tax and corporate laws that govern tax-exempt organizations.
Famous concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, separation agreements, marital agreements, custody, support and adoptions.
Gotaskie represents individuals, partnerships and companies in diverse legal matters including complex commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and franchising issues.
Kalyan represents real estate and banking clients. His real estate practice encompasses transactional real estate matters, such as structuring, documenting, and negotiating commercial and residential purchases and leases; zoning and land use issues; easements, PILOT agreements, and real estate tax assessment appeals.
Markou focuses his practice on all aspects of trusts and estates, including litigation on behalf of both proponents and respondents in multimillion dollar estates, administration of complex trusts and estates, probate proceedings, sophisticated estate and gift taxation, and estate planning.
Romberger focuses his practice on the areas of corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities, technology law and general corporate matters.
Swain concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution and abuse. She negotiates settlements and prenuptial agreements and litigates family law cases in the five-county Philadelphia area, including appellate courts.
Wait concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the efficient resolution of business disputes. He primarily represents companies and individuals in contract disputes, the protection of intellectual property and trade secrets, electronic data security and employment-related matters.
