Jonathan handles a variety of corporate matters including business formation and restructuring, contract management and equity financing. He also advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and other general commercial transactions as well as corporate governance matters.

Additionally, Jonathan works with the firm’s cannabis practice group, assisting cannabis businesses with underlying corporate issues in governance and transactions and providing advice on regulatory matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

During law school, Jonathan worked as a summer associate at a boutique law firm in Portland, Oregon. He also served as a legal intern at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and a law firm in Los Angeles.

Jonathan was awarded the Harry C. Sigman Scholarship at UCLA School of Law. He founded and served as the president of the Cannabis Law Association and was an executive board member of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Active in his community, Jonathan serves as Assistant Director of Youth Programs at Beth Jacob Congregation, where he supervises and trains counselors in age-appropriate childcare practices and organizes youth program events and activities.
