Kim is an experienced litigator who handles employment, commercial and insurance matters for a wide range of clients, including businesses, individuals and educational institutions. She has substantial trial experience and has obtained successful outcomes for clients in both state and federal court, as well as at arbitration and mediation. Kim is a fierce advocate both inside and outside the courtroom.

Kim’s practice includes all aspects of complex commercial litigation. She regularly litigates disputes arising from:

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Kim was an associate with two Philadelphia-based law firms. While in law school, Kim was part of Temple’s trial advocacy program and also served as Editor-in-Chief of its Journal of Science, Technology, and Environmental Law. She clerked for the Assistant General Counsel of PECO's litigation department and was admitted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to represent SEPTA as part of its clinical program.
