Kristen centers her practice on health care transactions and regulatory matters. She has experience representing health care entities and management companies in a full range of transactions including restructurings, private equity deals and exits. Kristen assists health care providers of all sizes with a full spectrum of state and federal compliance issues, including matters involving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and state licensure issues.

She also represents businesses engaged in mergers and acquisitions and has assisted technology-based startups with entity formation, reorganization and other transactions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Kristen was an associate in the Long Island, NY office of an international law firm, where she started as a summer associate. Kristen previously served as an extern in the Williamsburg, VA office of a national law firm and in the William & Mary Athletic Compliance Office. She was also a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

During law school, Kristen served on the William & Mary Business Law Review.
