Kristen focuses her practice on privacy and data security matters. She works with clients in a wide range of industries to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risk; prevent, investigate and respond to data breaches and defend privacy litigation. She also helps companies comply with a full spectrum of federal, state and international data privacy laws, including:

- Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
- New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Kristen possesses strong technical knowledge of ransomware, phishing attacks, malware, botnets and other cybersecurity threats that she uses to counsel clients on protecting their data.
She has corporate law experience, and has handled business and real estate transactions, contract disputes, tax matters and labor and employment issues.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Kristen worked as an associate in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm. She also worked as an associate at a privacy and data security-focused law firm in the Philadelphia region and as an associate at a Mid-Atlantic law firm.
During law school, Kristen was a law clerk at a company that provides health savings and reimbursement account programs, a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission and a law clerk in the office of the general counsel at the University of Maryland Medical System. Kristen also served as a student attorney in the mediation clinic of the University of Maryland School of Law.
