Biography

A member of the firm's Litigation Department, Kristina has experience with white-collar criminal defense, regulatory compliance and privacy and data security matters.

Kristina helps clients develop and enhance risk-based compliance programs proactively and in response to regulatory and criminal investigations. She conducts internal investigations, develops and implements third-party due diligence programs and advises clients on corruption risks associated with mergers, acquisitions and the retention of third parties. Kristina has represented clients in investigations by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.

In addition, she conducts comprehensive privacy and cybersecurity risk assessments to help clients develop technical and organizational infrastructure that safeguards data in compliance with industry-recognized standards and minimizes legal exposure under federal and state laws. Kristina advises clients in multiple sectors on a range of cybersecurity and privacy issues to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws including GLBA, CAN-SPAM, CFAA, COPPA and HIPAA. 

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Kristina was a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of an international law firm. During law school, she was a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge Joel Slomsky of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
