Lloyd concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, federal and state taxation and a broad array of business, real estate and commercial transactions. His clients include businesses in a variety of industries, from recreation to real estate development, retail and hospitality, as well as professionals in health care and other fields.

Recognizing that each client has specific needs, Lloyd strives to provide the best structure and solutions to the matter at hand — always designing strategies to minimize taxes, preserve wealth and protect their personal, financial and business interests.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Lloyd was a principal in Rothenberg Hyett Eisen & Lang P.A., which had offices in Atlantic City and Boca Raton, FL.

While in law school, he was an editor of the New York Law Review.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Lloyd speaks on topics concerning wills and estates and changes in tax law.

He is a past president of Beron Jewish Older Adult Services and has served as a trustee of the Federation of Jewish Agencies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Linwood Golf and Country Club.
