Maggie assists clients in drafting and executing inclusive estate plans, with an emphasis on estate tax, gift tax and charitable gift planning. She also guides  fiduciaries, such as executors and trustees, with estate and trust administration.

Before Fox Rothschild

Maggie was of counsel at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018. She also spent a dozen years in the wealth management division of one of the country's largest financial institutions. During her tenure there, she reviewed and advised upon estate planning issues associated with charitable gifting, asset equalization, generation-skipping tax planning, asset distribution schedules, life insurance planning and a variety of post-mortem fiduciary income tax and federal/state estate tax elections.

While in law school, Maggie served as student notes editor of The Southeastern Environmental Law Journal.
