Mark represents clients in a variety of litigation matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Mark was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

During law school, Mark was a judicial extern to the Honorable Noel L. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and a law clerk to the corporate counsel at a Philadelphia-based venture capital firm. He was also an associate managing editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a student leader of the Rutgers 501(c)(3) Pro Bono Project.

Before law school, Mark was a summer legal intern for several New Jersey-based law firms. In addition, Mark received a Graduate Fellowship from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business and earned his M.B.A. in finance.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Mark volunteers as a “Big” at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s “Beyond School Walls” program, and also serves as a mentor to students considering financial or legal careers at his alma maters — St. Joseph’s Prep and St. Joseph’s University. He also serves on the Vice Chairs Committee of the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University.
