In a move that expands its Taxation and Wealth Planning practice, Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes a team of two skilled tax attorneys to its Atlantic City, NJ, and West Palm Beach, FL, offices.
Michael A. Hyett and Robert P. Lang join Fox as partners from Rothenberg Hyett Eisen & Lang, P.A., a firm that maintained offices in Atlantic City and Boca Raton, FL, providing experienced guidance in estate and trust planning and administration, state and federal taxation, sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, and a range of commercial transactions.

Michael A. Hyett will work in the West Palm Beach and Atlantic City offices, bringing more than 35 years of experience representing generations of high net worth individuals, creating and managing family charitable foundations and designing and fulfilling wealth strategies to meet client goals. He also represents public charities and advises small business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs on a wide range of real estate, corporate, commercial and partnership matters.
A graduate of Dickinson College, Hyett received his J.D. from New England Law in 1975, and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from The University of Miami in 1976. He is board certified in taxation by the Florida Bar Board of Certification and is a member of the New Jersey, Florida and New York State Bars.
Robert P. Lang, who joins the Atlantic City office, advises individuals, families and small business owners on a wide range of matters, including estate planning, estate administration, real estate transactions and business succession strategies. He also works with a variety of regional clients in diverse industries, including health care, real estate development, hospitality, recreation, retail and charitable foundations.
Lang completed undergraduate studies at Syracuse University and received his J.D. at the University of Toledo. He completed advanced training in taxation at New York University and received his LL.M. in Taxation in 1979. He is a member or the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York bars.
