Michael regularly advises companies, hospitals, and nursing homes throughout the country on employment and labor relations issues such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, employment discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and employee benefits. He is a frequent lecturer on employee relations topics such as sexual harassment, ADA, FMLA, and wage & hour.
Michael has acted as chief spokesman for employers in their collective bargaining with most of the major international labor unions. He has significant experience in the health care, hotel, casino, retail, technology, and warehousing and distribution industries.
