Biography

Michael assists clients with a wide range of commercial real estate matters. He counsels clients on real estate transactions including purchases and sales, financing, refinancing and leasing. Michael has experience representing developers and property owners in obtaining and defending land use approvals from municipal zoning and planning boards. 

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Michael was an associate at a Mid-Atlantic law firm where he worked in the real estate and land use group. He also worked as an associate in the Trenton office of a New Jersey firm and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. 

During law school, Michael was articles editor for the Seton Hall Law Review, president of the Seton Hall Environmental Law Society and a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law School Civil Litigation Clinic.
