A member of Fox's Litigation Department, Michael helps clients resolve a broad range of commercial disputes.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew S. Borrok of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, New York County. Before that, Michael was the Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the New York Credit Union Association, where he represented New York’s credit unions in regulatory and legislative matters at the state and federal levels. He also served as assigned counsel for criminal appeals for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department’s Assigned Appellate Counsel Plan. 

While in law school, Michael served as Executive Editor for the Symposium of the Albany Law Review and spent two semesters as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York. In addition, Michael received an ACES Teaching Fellowship to serve as a torts teaching assistant and received Albany Law School’s 2015 Outstanding Teaching Assistant award.
