Michael is a recognized presence in the Philadelphia region’s venture capital, technology and entrepreneurial community. He is heavily involved in the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) and was appointed to IMPACT’s Executive Leadership Committee for 2016. In 2010, he was appointed to the organization’s board of directors and in 2014 to PACT’s Executive Committee. He also served as Chairman of the IMPACT 2013 Venture Summit and as an advisory board member of the Phorum 2014 Technology Conference.

Michael writes and speaks extensively on the promises and pitfalls of equity crowdfunding.
