Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates partner Ali Brodie on being named to the Denver Business Journal’s 2021 class of “40 Under 40,” a list that recognizes emerging leaders in business across a variety of industries in the region.
With a focus on immigration law, Brodie has been a catalyst for change throughout Denver, helping companies leverage the talents and abilities of a wide range of professionals, investors and businesses to grow the region’s economy and provide wider opportunity for all.
The Co-Chair of Fox’s nationwide Immigration Practice and its EB-5 Immigrant Investor Services Practice, Brodie’s acumen lies in facilitating the relocation of global innovators, leading executives and essential talent to the United States via the E-2 Entrepreneur and H-1B Specialty Occupation visas, and EB-5 immigrant investor program. During the pandemic, Brodie achieved significant victories for her clients by helping them navigate regulatory minefields, evolving policies and executive orders issued by the White House. She is also an authority in Colorado’s EB-5 sector, having processed more EB-5 investor petitions than anyone else in the state.
Throughout her career, Brodie has demonstrated a commitment to justice and the community. She has served on the Anti-Defamation League’s Regional Board and is a past Co‑Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. A granddaughter of immigrants, Brodie was recognized for her leadership in the fight against anti-Semitism and named winner of the 2012 Anti-Defamation League Daniel Ginsberg National Leadership Award. She is also a mentor to young lawyers at Fox and is an active member of the Women’s Initiative, which is dedicated to promoting women attorneys within the firm and the legal community.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston University.
