Jeffrey Sultanik was quoted in the article, “Montgomery County Cheltenham monitor to get $900 per day.” Full text can be found in the December 11, 2014, issue, but a synopsis is below.
William Kiefer, the former superintendent hired to "monitor" an embattled Cheltenham School District Superintendent, started working Wednesday.

It was unclear how long Kiefer would serve or how many days he would work.

School board attorney Jeffrey Sultanik explained that since Kiefer was already collecting a public-employee pension, he could work only on an emergency basis until the end of the school year, which is June 30, 2015.
