Craig A. Styer Elected President of Chester County Bar Association

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Craig A. Styer, managing partner of the firm’s Exton office, has been elected president of the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) for a one-year term commencing on January 1, 2015.

A long-standing active participant in the organization, Styer will collaborate with fellow CCBA members and will lead the CCBA’s efforts to provide education about, and much-needed access to, the legal system for Chester County residents.

A lifelong resident of Chester County with a deep commitment to that community, Styer also serves in leadership roles for other area organizations, including as a board member of the Chester County Economic Development Council, the Chester County Chamber Foundation, and Widener University School of Law. In addition, he is a former board member of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as president of the Chester County Bar Association,” Styer noted. “The organization has deep roots in Chester County, an area that is central to me personally and professionally. I look forward to working with my colleagues in the coming year.”

As a member of Fox Rothschild’s Litigation Department, Styer resolves business disputes involving key issues that confront his clients. He represents myriad companies in matters involving shareholder disputes, real estate, insurance coverage, probate litigation and complex business litigation. His practice also focuses on the representation of clients grappling with employment issues, including restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of employment agreements and unfair business practices.
