Eliana Baer Named to the NJSBA Family Law Section’s Executive Committee

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Eliana Baer, who was named to the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section.

Appointed for a one-year term, Baer will work with the Section to maintain and improve the practice of family law through effective interaction with the family courts and inform NJSBA members of current legislation and regulations.

At Fox, Baer handles a broad range of trial court matters and a variety of sophisticated family law issues including divorce, equitable distribution, paternity, nuanced support, custody, adoption, domestic violence, premarital agreements, post-judgement matters and appeals, division of complex marital estates, family-owned business entities and high-net-worth support calculations, among others.

Baer serves on the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, the Young Lawyers Advisory Board of the New Jersey Law Journal and the Advisory Board of the Association of Jewish Attorneys. She is a thought leader on topics ranging from alimony to best interests determinations involving transgender children to tri-parent child support situations. Baer has also previously presented at the New Jersey Association of Justice Boardwalk Seminar as well as provided continuing legal education for attorneys at the New Jersey State House on the topic of alimony reform.

She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women.
