Emanuel Clark Named to Triad Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Emanuel Clark, who was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Triad Business Journal.

This prestigious recognition highlights professionals under the age of 40 whose achievements in the workplace and the community have distinguished them among their peers.

An associate in the firm’s Greensboro office, Clark advises established and emerging companies throughout the Carolinas and nationally on matters of corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and private offerings of securities. In particular, Clark assists health care providers in creating business models to effectuate important innovations in patient care. He has represented various large local health care providers in corporate transactions that are designed to improve patient care by working more closely with innovative companies. Clark assists in negotiating terms and fostering relationships with outside, independent startups that allows those providers to deliver cutting-edge care to the Greensboro community.

Clark was recently elected to the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and appointed to a seat on the City’s Planning Board. Earlier this year, he was selected for Leadership Greensboro, a program of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors of Greensboro Downtown Parks Inc., a non-profit organization focusing on public activation, maintenance, financial well-being and overall vitality.

Clark has also begun working with the Institute for Responsible Citizenship (I4RC), an organization that works to promote academic achievement among black male college students. He serves as the leader of I4RC’s Collegiate Institute in Greensboro and will be a mentor to young men with the goal of guiding them to become future leaders in the Piedmont Triad area and beyond.

He earned his J.D. from Duke University and his B.A. from Davidson College.

Clark will be recognized at an awards ceremony in February 2020.
