Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Alan C. Klein and Randall W. Johnson have joined the Dallas office in the Taxation and Wealth Planning Department as a partner and counsel, respectively.

David, Fox’s Dallas office managing partner. “They are seasoned Dallas pros with vast experience in tax, wealth planning and estate planning. They will greatly enhance our office’s services, particularly for clients with family businesses and families of multiple generations.”
Klein is a skilled tax and wealth planning attorney who has focused for more than 30 years on advising clients regarding strategic handling of their assets and income. His diverse experience also includes work as an attorney for the IRS, an in-house legal position with Sun Oil Co. and as a partner with accounting giant Arthur Andersen.
Johnson is a seasoned tax and wealth planning attorney with broad experience in trust administration, estate planning, employee benefits and ERISA. He currently focuses his practice on estate tax planning and business succession planning. He has advised employers, businesses and individuals on meeting their specific annual tax goals.
Fox entered the Texas market in 2014 through a strategic merger with Dallas-based David & Goodman, P.C. The office is home to attorneys who provide litigation, bankruptcy, corporate, labor, employment, tax and wealth planning, IP, family law and real estate services to both business and individual clients in Texas and across the country.
Klein earned his LLM-Tax from the Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and his B.S. from Ohio University.
Johnson earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University and his undergraduate degree from Coe College.
Prior to joining Fox, Klein and Johnson were attorneys at The Klein Law Firm, PLLC.
