July 9, 2019 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Bryan S. Kaplan in Atlanta as a partner in the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department.

“Bryan is an adept litigator whose fluency in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters adds to our bench in Atlanta and strengthen the capabilities of our nationwide bankruptcy team,” said Julie Theall Earp, Fox’s Atlanta office managing partner.

Kaplan has a particular depth of experience in handling commercial creditors’ rights before state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia. He also represents clients in a range of commercial litigation matters involving collections, construction, employment, insurance contracts, personal and real property and secured lending.

An active volunteer for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Kaplan helps indigent members of the community navigate a variety of civil matters. His pro bono successes include landlord-tenant disputes; traffic violations and license reinstatement; defense of a homeowner wrongfully sued by homeowners’ association; and expunging a criminal record.

He earned his J.D. from Samford University and his B.A. from the University of Texas.
