Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Brian J. Cooke and Carina M. Leeson have joined the firm’s Family Law Practice as partner and associate respectively, both resident in the West Palm Beach, Florida office.
Cooke and Leeson join the firm from Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs LLP.

Cooke focuses his practice on family law, commercial litigation, corporate and transactional matters.
In regard to litigation, Cooke has had extensive experience in matrimonial and custody issues; issues pertaining to both the drafting and enforcement of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; domestic violence matters and business valuation issues.
Cooke has handled a broad range of sophisticated business transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions for major privately-held and publicly-held businesses, business mergers and consolidations, private placement offerings and complex debt re-financings. He has represented clients in the formation and operation of small business investment companies in New Jersey and Florida, the acquisition of commercial lending institutions, and the formation and operation of a restaurant franchise system.
Cooke received his LL.M. from New York University of Law in 1975, his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1974 and his B.A. from Colby College in 1970.
Leeson focuses her practice on family law and commercial litigation. She was formerly associated with Stuart R. Manoff and Associates and also served as a Staff Attorney of the 15th Judicial Circuit assigned to the Circuit Civil, Family, Probate, and Civil Appeals divisions.
Leeson has handled all aspects of family law, including custody disputes, time sharing division of property, alimony and settlement agreements. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1999 and her B.A. from Rollins College in 1994.
