Fox Rothschild Welcomes Two New Associates

Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Matthew S. Adams and Jeffrey E. Quijano have joined the firm as associates.

Matthew S. Adams joins the firm’s Litigation Department, resident in the Roseland, New Jersey, office. He focuses his practice in litigation and labor related matters. Adams received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007, and was the recipient of the Monmouth County Bar Association’s Zaback Memorial Scholarship Award and the Chamlin Scholarship. While at law school, Adams was awarded “Best Oralist” honors in the Seton Hall Law Appellate Advocacy Program and participated in the Seton Hall Juvenile Justice clinic doing public defender work for indigent juveniles. He received his B.S. from Rutgers’ Cook College in 2004.

Jeffrey E. Quijano joins the firm as an associate in the Tax & Estates Department, resident in the firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada, office. His experience includes corporate formation, franchise law, tax controversies, and estate planning. He focuses his practice in estate planning and asset protection matters. Prior to joining the firm, Quijano served as a law clerk to S. Craig Stone II, Esq. in Las Vegas. He also clerked for Michael A. Mayhall, Esq., in Louisiana; the Baggott Law Offices LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Nashville, Tennessee; and P. Terrence Schubert, Esq., Inc. in San Luis Obispo, California. He received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2006, and his B.A. from Louisiana State University A&M College in 2002.
