Fox Team Represents Fuse Venture Partners in Formation and Launch of Inaugural VC FundAugust 14, 2020 – Press Releases
Fox Rothschild LLP corporate attorneys Max S. Cantor and Kristen Howell advised Fuse Venture Partners in the formation and successful launch of Fuse Venture Partners I, LP and Fuse Venture Partners Alpha I, LP, the Fuse team’s inaugural venture capital fund offering.
The Seattle-based fund was launched to invest in Seed and Series A stage enterprise software startups that are reinventing the modern economy through groundbreaking software solutions. Fuse intends to deploy in excess of $100 million of growth capital over the next 3-5 years to companies in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Fuse was founded by Kellan Carter and Cameron Borumand, former investors at Ignition Partners, a longtime Fox client that has operated for two decades as an early stage enterprise software-focused venture capital firm, serving as an early backer of some of the country’s leading enterprise software companies.
Carter and Borumand are being joined on the Fuse team by Venture Partner and Seattle Seahawks captain Bobby Wagner, as well as Senior Operating Partners John Connors and Satbir Khanuja. Nader Naini, Managing Partner at Frazier Healthcare Partners, and Gary Rieschel, Founding Managing Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, will be senior advisors to the fund.
Cantor and Howell were assisted by Fox attorneys Kasey Winshall and Jane Pryjmak.
