Fox Team Serves as Corporate Counsel to MOBILion in $15.4 Million Series A Financing

A team of Fox Rothschild attorneys led by Michael S. Harrington served as corporate counsel to MOBILion Systems, Inc., which raised $15.4 million in a Series A financing.

The investment round was led by Agilent Technologies, with participation from IP Group Inc., Hostplus, Cultivation Capital and iSelect Fund.

MOBILion, a Pennsylvania-based life science company, is developing revolutionary analytical instruments for disease prediction, diagnosis and treatment. The company intends to use the funds raised to support development of Structures for Lossless Ion Manipulation, MOBILion’s patented ion mobility separations technology.

In addition to expanding the team and advancing product development, MOBILion plans to advance their drug and diagnostic programs with biopharma and academic collaborators as well as generate fee-for-service revenue through their new applications development laboratory.
