Fox Welcomes Four Litigators in Atlanta

Bolstering its growing presence in Atlanta, Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome the following attorneys to the Litigation Department:

Fox’s Atlanta office is home to a team of attorneys who advise clients on litigation, corporate, health law, transportation, trusts and estates, labor and employment and construction law matters. This new group has decades of combined experience at the trial and appellate level and a proven track record of providing strategic, innovative and effective guidance to businesses in Georgia and beyond. This expansion adds depth to the firm’s litigation team and strengthens Fox’s service offerings for clients in the Southeast.

Robert Kaufman, a founding member of his prior firm Kaufman & Forman, P.C., is a seasoned trial lawyer whose results include several verdicts, judgments and settlements in excess of $1 million. He also advises businesses on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including asset purchase agreements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as franchise agreements and disputes. He earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Alex Kaufman is a trial attorney who represents clients in commercial, employment and securities litigation and advises on corporate and franchise matters as well as government relations. He earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from Hamilton College.

Forman assists clients with a range of transactional, commercial, contract, creditor/debtor and lien issues. He has more than two decades of experience as a strategic ally to businesses, helping them navigate negotiations, arbitration and trial. He earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.S. from Washington University.

The group was previously with Kaufman & Forman, P.C. in Atlanta.
