Fletcher advises corporate clients in high-stakes litigation involving commercial, tort and professional liability in such industries as retail, government, technology, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and manufacturing. He earned his J.D., with honors, from Duke University and his A.B., summa cum laude, from Princeton University.
Hammel is a strategic adviser to employers in all areas of employment and labor law, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; employment agreements, non-competes, trade secrets and employee raiding; preventative counseling; employer best practices and corporate governance. Hammel routinely tries and arbitrates cases throughout Texas and beyond. However, whenever possible, he is focused on helping clients avoid litigation through compliance counseling and training, internal audits, investigations and damage control. He earned his J.D. from Baylor University and his B.A. from the University of Texas.
Pizzo focuses his practice on corporate, transactional and M&A matters for a diverse group of clients, frequently in highly regulated industries including insurance and reinsurance and federal government contracting. He regularly advises on matters pertaining to business organization and strategic planning, debt and equity capital markets and regulatory matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami and his B.A. from Boston College.
Stolarz focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, handling internal investigations, government contracts and False Claims Act defense, securities enforcement and commercial litigation. At LeClair, he led the Compliance, Investigations and White-Collar team. He earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of America and his B.A. from Bucknell University.
Broz represents clients in complex litigation, particularly in class action, antitrust and mass tort matters. She also assists with U.S. and international regulations, consumer protection issues, data privacy matters and technology management. Broz earned her J.D., cum laude, from George Washington University and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Eames counsels employers on workplace matters, including wage and overtime, discrimination and harassment, leave and accommodation, termination, hiring and workplace compliance in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Eames is licensed to practice in Washington, DC and Florida. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida and her B.A. from the University of Central California.
