Matthew H. Lubart Named Office Managing Partner of Fox Rothschild’s Princeton OfficeApril 1, 2008 – Press Releases
Princeton, NJ – Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Matthew H. Lubart has been named Office Managing Partner for the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey, office and will serve as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Lubart assumes the role from James F.X. Rudy, who served as managing partner for four years before stepping down on April 1, 2008.

Lubart’s practice includes corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He has particular experience in venture capital financing and other private and public offerings; securities reporting and disclosure under the federal securities laws; corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and divestitures; joint ventures, licensing and distribution agreements designed to leverage intellectual property assets; corporate governance issues and advice to boards on governance and fiduciary obligations.
