Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Nicholas Casiello Jr. and Elizabeth G. Litten, who were named 2019 New Jersey Trailblazers by the New Jersey Law Journal.

Always at the leading edge in an evolving industry, Casiello leads a prolific national gaming law practice from the firm’s Atlantic City office. He spearheads strategies that guide major players in gaming to navigate regulations and structure their financing and contracts to ensure success. Global brands rely on his forward-thinking guidance to secure licensing and approvals for groundbreaking projects valued in the multibillions. He is noted for counseling “large casino operators as legalized gambling has spread to numerous states–and as it develops a significant online presence.”
Casiello co-founded International Masters of Gaming Law, a nonprofit dedicated to the education and exchange of gaming industry information and innovations, and is recognized as a top-ranked gaming attorney in both the USA and Global guides published by Chambers & Partners. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University and his B.A. from Drew University.
A pioneer in the health care industry, Litten has more than 25 years of experience serving as national and regional counsel to health care-related entities, including hospital systems, health care facilities, regulated and self-funded health plans and health care technology companies. As Fox’s HIPAA Privacy & Security Officer, she oversees the firm’s handling of client health information and works to protect the confidential and personal information of clients and employees. She is noted for her work developing “a computer application that determines required steps following suspected breaches of information protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.”
Litten was named a 2019 Trailblazer in Health Care Law by The National Law Journal and is recognized as one of New Jersey’s leading health care attorneys by Chambers USA. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A. from Vassar College.
