Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Olufunke O. Leroy on her inclusion in The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an honor given only to select lawyers from across the country who excel in their industry and promote diversity.
The National Black Lawyers is a professional honorary organization that recognizes individuals based on their leadership, reputation and performance as a lawyer. Membership is by invitation only and recognizes the "top 40 attorneys in each state who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers."
An associate in the Real Estate Department at Fox, Leroy’s practice spans various aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. She regularly advises landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions, represents both lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial loan transactions, supports and analyzes ground leasing transactions, counsels’ clients on zoning and land use matters and assists in the purchase, sale and development of real property.
Leroy is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, where she was recently named a Real Property Fellow by the Real Property, Trust and Estates Section, as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association and Delaware State Bar Association. She is a board member of the Homeless Advocacy Project and has also provided pro bono services to the Wills for Heroes Foundation, Pennsylvania Innocence Project and Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School and her B.A. from the University of Delaware.
