Robert Epstein Named Among New Leaders of the Bar by New Jersey Law Journal

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Robert A. Epstein, who has been honored among the 2017 New Leaders of the Bar by the New Jersey Law Journal.

The annual award is presented to young lawyers in the Garden State who have built accomplished careers and established themselves as leaders within their firms and organizations as well as within the larger legal community.

Epstein, a partner in the firm’s Family Law Practice, represents clients in all aspects of family law litigation. He is a frequent author and presenter on family law topics, having recently presented at the 2017 New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Symposium and 2017 New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar.  His articles have been published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer, Divorce Magazine, New Jersey Law Journal, Matrimonial Strategist and Asbury Park Press, among others. He is also a frequent contributor to the firm’s NJ Family Legal Blog, which provides practical information and useful tips related to such topics as alimony, child support, custody, parenting time, divorce, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and grandparent visitation.

Epstein was recognized in The National Law Journal’s inaugural list of Divorce, Trusts & Estates Trailblazers in 2016.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Executive Committee, as well as the New Jersey Association for Justice, Matrimonial Committee.

Epstein earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
