The Philadelphia Inquirer Names Marcy Hart Among ‘Influencers of Law’

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Marcy N. Hart, who was featured among The Philadelphia Inquirer’s “Influencers of Law” for her work in commercial real estate.

Hart was recognized for her contributions to the legal industry.

A transactional attorney with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Hart has advised clients on more than $8 billion in debt financing and equity raises with a focus in project finance transactions for developers and private equity and family office investors utilizing historic, new market and renewable energy tax credits and Opportunity Zone tax incentives.

Hart also provides pro bono service to various governmental organizations and community redevelopment groups, counselling and advising on marketing and positioning strategies with respect to the Opportunity Zones in their districts and other tax incentives to promote development and growth.

She is an active participant in the Philadelphia community and has served on the board of the Lutheran Settlement House for more than four years, during which she worked to open a vital women’s shelter. Hart is also a member of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Library Board Building Committee, and CREW Philadelphia.

She earned her J.D. from Villanova University and her B.A. from Wellesley College.

Hart will be honored during a luncheon on March 26 and featured in a special section of The Philadelphia Inquirer.
