Timothy Bloh Earns Civil Trial Attorney Certification

Timothy J. Bloh, a partner in the Atlantic City office of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently named a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Certification recipients must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar for at least five years, have completed a specific number of continuing legal education courses, demonstrate substantial involvement in preparation of litigated matters, demonstrate an unblemished reputation by submitting a list of attorneys and judges who attest to the applicant and pass a written examination covering various aspects of their practice.

Bloh joins several other Fox Rothschild attorneys in New Jersey who have been certified, including Jeffrey Pollock, James Kravitz and Dennis Brotman, partners in the Princeton office; Eric Wood, William Honan and Peter Sarkos, partners in the Atlantic City office; and Eric Solotoff, partner in the Roseland office.

Bloh has extensive experience handling complex construction and real estate litigation and transactional matters for clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including property owners (commercial and residential), design professionals, construction managers, contractors and real estate professionals.

Bloh has been involved in some of the largest catastrophic construction matters in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area in the past 15 years, including litigation involving: The Walk, the Tropicana collapse, Camden Stadium, the Philadelphia Zoo fire, the Kimmel Art Center collapse and more.

Bloh also serves his clients in complex real estate transactions and real estate agency issues. He has defended real estate and design professionals in administrative proceedings in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Bloh earned his J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law in 1989 and his B.S. from University of Scranton on 1986.
