Olivia represents clients in antitrust and employment matters as well as life, health, disability and ERISA insurance claims litigation, in both federal and state court in North Carolina.

In her antitrust practice, Olivia has experience defending class actions for clients in the sports industry, including a major NCAA Division I conference.

Clients also call on Olivia for assistance with labor and employment needs, including defending discrimination, wrongful termination, noncompete and other employment litigation claims. She also provides strategic counsel to employers, including large health care organizations and commercial enterprises, regarding employee handbooks, implementation of policies and procedures, best practices and disciplinary decisions.

Olivia’s LHD and ERISA practice focuses on resolving benefits disputes and defending breach of fiduciary duty and bad faith claims. Additionally, she has experience in general insurance coverage disputes.

Olivia was an associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Olivia is an experienced equestrian and grew up on a horse farm in Michigan -- she welcomes any equine law related questions. When she’s not in the office, Olivia enjoys riding her horse Fireboy, hiking with her dog Riley and golfing with friends. She also serves on the Habitat for Humanity of Greensboro’s Governance Committee.
