Fox Rothschild recognizes the benefits of a diverse workforce and is committed to the retention and advancement of women attorneys. Women at Fox Rothschild sit on the firm’s Executive Committee, serve as department chairs, practice group leaders and office managing partners, and lead firmwide committees.
The Women’s Initiative at Fox Rothschild is dedicated to promoting women attorneys within the firm as well as advancing Fox’s women attorneys in the legal community.
In keeping with its mission statement, the Women’s Initiative at Fox Rothschild offers a comprehensive, firmwide program for women attorneys at the firm. We offer assistance with marketing and networking, mentoring and work/life integration as well as invest resources into the recruitment and career development of women attorneys. Additionally, we are deeply connected to the communities in which we live and work, and our attorneys participate in and contribute to numerous organizations, including those dedicated to women’s interests in particular.
Our Women’s Initiative is comprised of several subcommittees, each focused on a targeted area to help foster and promote the professional development of our women attorneys:
Co-Chairs - Heather Boshak and Eileen Oakes Muskett
The Leadership Subcommittee supports women attorneys who seek to become firm leaders by identifying opportunities for increased participation by women in leadership positions at the firm.
Co-Chairs - Elizabeth Litten and Nevena Simidjiyska
The Connectivity Subcommittee helps women attorneys as they seek to achieve success according to their own personal definition, be it to become a firm leader, achieve professional success and/or maintain work/life integration.
- Associate Steering:
Chair - Chaney Hall
The Associate Steering Subcommittee works to advance the professional growth of Fox’s female associates, providing them with support and guidance as they determine and assess all the options available to them for the course and direction of their legal careers.
