Pam represents employers in connection with qualified retirement plans, including profit sharing, 401(k) and pension plans, nonqualified retirement plans, welfare plans — including health, dental, life, disability, cafeteria, Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs) and severance plans — and agreements and benefit issues associated with acquisitions and divestitures. She has worked extensively with clients on health care reform matters, such as the employer shared responsibility mandate.

Pam also advises clients on various employment law issues, such as hiring, retention, executive employment agreements, worker classification, FMLA, wage and hour, vacation and PTO policies, employment discrimination claims, reductions in force and other group and individual employment matters. In addition, she regularly represents employers in matters before the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Internal Revenue Service and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Prior to joining Fox, Pam was a partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP. While in law school, she served as editor for the William Mitchell Law Review.
