Peter Tucci and Robin Sheldon Join Fox Rothschild’s Corporate PracticeOctober 8, 2007
Fox Rothschild LLP announced that Peter J. Tucci has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice as a partner. Also joining Fox with Tucci, as a partner in its Corporate Practice, is Robin Sheldon.

"Peter brings deep experience in the M & A and private equity arena, and he has an outstanding reputation for business savvy and corporate knowledge among both peers and clients. Peter also has extensive experience in international transactions, a growing practice area at Fox. We’re very pleased and excited that both Peter and Robin have chosen to join us."
Tucci and Sheldon formerly practiced in the corporate department at DLA Piper in Philadelphia, where Tucci was a partner and Sheldon of counsel. As of October 5, 2007, they joined Fox and will be practicing from both Fox’s Philadelphia and Bucks County office, located in Warrington, PA.
"The Warrington office has been growing steadily since Fox’s merger with Power Bowen & Valimont LLP in 1999," said office managing partner Susan J. Smith. The office currently houses 24 attorneys. "Peter and Robin will really add considerable strength to our Bucks County and Montgomery County corporate practices. Jeff Nicholas, the Chair of Fox’s Technology & Venture Finance Practice Group, already practices in our Bucks County office and Peter and Robin will add even greater depth and skill in this area."
The pair joins a long list of mergers and lateral additions for Fox, the most recent a merger with Binder, Kalis & Proctor, P.C., in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Additional recent mergers include Goldman and Kramer P.C. in Roseland, New Jersey; Young, Moriwaki and Greenfader LLP in New York City; and Miller Mitchell P.C. in Princeton, New Jersey.
Tucci focuses his practice on a wide variety of international and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, joint ventures and reinsurance transactions. He also provides general corporate representation to many public and private companies, with a particular focus on advising European companies on entering the United States market. He has been named a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 by the publishers of Law & Politics and Philadelphia magazines. Peter is also Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Pennington School, President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, and has been named a Chevalier (Knight) of the French Legion of Honor.
Sheldon focuses her practice on a wide variety of international and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and privacy matters. She also advises clients in corporate formation, corporate governance, and antitrust issues. She has experience in information security, outsourcing relationships, and international transactions.
Tucci is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. 1986) and Georgetown University (B.S.F.S. 1983). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Sheldon is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 1992), the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (M.P.I.A. 1986) and the College of Wooster (B.A. 1982). She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
