  • matters relating to professional service practices and closely held businesses

Before Fox Rothschild

Phil served as a law clerk to U.S. Circuit Judge Phillip Forman on the Third U.S, Circuit Court of Appeals. In law school at Rutgers University, he was an editor of the Law Review. Prior to law school Phil was an aerospace engineer and worked on the design team for the DC-10 jumbo jet and the TIROS weather satellite programs.

Phil is a member of the Alumni Council of Princeton University and a past president of his alumni class. He has served as a Vice Chair of the Princeton Quadrangle Club graduate board, as President of the Jewish Family Service of the Delaware Valley, and on the Lower Makefield Township Ethical Standards Board.
