Steven Goldenberg was quoted in The Record article "Foes of PSE&G Power Grid Plan Can Keep Up Legal Fight." While the full text can be found in the October 31, 2013, issue of The Record, a synopsis is noted below.

An order from the state Board of Public Utilities (BPU) upheld the legal status of the New Jersey Large Energy Users Coalition as an opponent of the nearly $4 billion Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) plan to strengthen the power grid.

“We are very pleased,” said Steve Goldenberg, a lawyer for the coalition. “The BPU got it right because the information that PSE&G sought was both harassing to PSE&G customers and completely irrelevant to the issues in the case.”
